Positives: Fully recommend with four stars - really smooth service from Au to UK with email confirmation of delivery. Beautiful floral wreath Disappointing let down 5th star in poorly hand written card. If Blossom could print messages to capture legible condolence words, that would be great. The bouquet of flowers that arrived for my wife was stunning, she was shocked and surprised by the quality and standard of the flowers delivered. I used this service to order two beautiful sets of flowers on one day, for a friend in Manchester and for a relative in Welshpool. Both sets of flowers were delivered that same day, and I was able to be contacted by the local suppliers in each area to make sure the delivery happened. It was an excellent, straightforward process and will definitely use it again. Because of using local suppliers there was far more personal touch than you would get from other big national flower delivery services.

First time using this florist and was very impressed by speed of delivery. The only issue I had was that the plant basket delivered didn't look anything like the photo online. I realize this will always be the case, but I was expecting at least one flowering plant and to be honest I'm not really sure what was in there. It might be nice to receive a confirmation of what plants they will be choosing. Luckily the recipients were please with the basket and that is the main thing.

I live in the US and needed to send flowers to family in Manchester in the UK. I chose the option to pick a price and let Blossoms choose the flowers. The online service was excellent, great tracking and notifications, no need to use the phone, the timing was perfect, my family loved the flowers and the price was very reasonable.
